All products sold on Envato will comply with the licensing restrictions as set by Envato here.
To specify, a standard license is one-use license for one url where the service to the end user is free. You are not permitted to resell, use as part in any product where the application is a sole feature, or redistribute the application without express written permission from Zen Perfect Design. PHP is an open-source language and you are free to make customizations and edits to any and all CodeCanyon products as long as the end result and intended use complies with the license you purchased.
All professional pre-packaged applications are sold, updated, and supported using a standardized annual subscription model. Included in this subscription is one year of unlimited email support, downloads, and access to upgrades. At the end of the annual subscription, customers can renew the subscription to continue receiving upgrades and support. If a customer does not renew the annual subscription, he or she will still maintain a license to use the application in perpetuity but no support or future upgrades will be provided.
All professional (Pro), pre-packaged applications follow the Open Source MIT License. However, support for customer modifications is not included.
Custom development work is performed via a statement of work implemented by a signed contract between both parties. Signed agreements define the terms and conditions, deliverables, pay schedule etc. of the project. Please refer to your individual agreement for more information.
All custom services and solutions include unlimited email support for one year past the date of purchase. Additional information can be found in the statement of work associated with your project. Support can be extended at an affordable rate. Large, sweeping updates or upgrades will be subject to additional charges.
Products sold on CodeCanyon are supported via the extended support purchase option. All CodeCanyon support is provided via their messaging system. The messaging system allows for automated proof of purchase verification. This verification will be required before support is rendered.
CodeCanyon product customization is available. All requests will be quoted and billed via a statement of work and are subject to a 50%, non-refundable, retainer. Normal rates apply to development and design services. Invoices will be provided and paid in full no-greater than weekly.
All professional (Pro) applications sold on this site come with an automated registration feature. This must be performed during the application's installation. Each professional (Pro) application comes with one year of free upgrades and support for one registered domain per purchase.
Training is provided using the Google Calendar scheduling service located here. All training sessions are delivered using Google Meets, Zoom, or other platform agreed upon by the customer and Zen Perfect Design. Client should allow for at least one 30-minute session, free of charge, to cover the client's goals and desired outcome. Zen Perfect Design makes no guarantee of any kind that the training provided will assist a client in getting a job, certification, degree, or any other pursuit of like kind. Mentorship and training material is provided to the client in good faith that client will make best efforts to attend and gain from each session.
Payments will be due NLT 24 hours prior to the designated appoinment. Payment details will be provided to the customer in the initial 30-minute session.
Zen Perfect Design will not issue a refund for training provided for any reason. I will make every best effort to ensure the satisfaction of my customers, but I make no guarantees that everyone will achieve their intended goals. The development field is large, and no one is an expert on all topics. There are no retainer or cancellation fees and customers can attend as many, or as little, training sessions as they desire.
